Job description

• Acquiring knowledge on different projects and understanding the complete project
• Making calls to the prospective clients and briefing them about the different investment options
• Sending mails to the clients along with project layout, price list and project PPT, as per the discussion
• Keeping a regular follow up with the client through mails and calls
• Conducting site visits
• Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives
• Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face-to-face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service
• Ensures to submit consistent property sales plans every month or quarterly for corporate sales
• Selling and negotiating skills & Demonstration and Presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Familiarity with common stacks
• Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. Angular, HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
• Experience with server-side languages such as Java, PHP, NODE JS and Python.
• Proficiency in Spring and Hibernate Framework, MVC, Spring boot and micro services.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache).
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and RestAPI.

Desired Skills
